Welcome to O Croquete. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website ocroquete.com and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our website provides information about our products and allows customers to place online orders.
Currently, payment is made on delivery (cash or card). In the future, we may add other payment methods such as PayPal and credit/debit cards.

To place an order, customers must create an account on our website.

4. Products & Services

These Terms cover:

  • Production and delivery of croquetes, ready to eat

  • Custom orders and catering services (where agreed)

 

There are no age restrictions for purchasing our products.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£).

  • Payment methods: cash or card on delivery (future options may include PayPal and credit/debit cards).

  • For custom orders, we may require a deposit via Pay Link prior to acceptance of the order.

  • Prices and delivery fees are displayed on our website and may change without notice.

6. Ordering & Fulfilment

  • Order Cut‑Off: Orders must be placed by Thursday 8pm for Saturday fulfilment.

  • Delivery Area: We currently deliver within 3 miles of our registered address.

  • Delivery Fee: £2.50, free for orders over £50.

  • Pick‑Up: Available at our registered address on Saturdays between 11:00 and 18:00.

  • Minimum Order Quantity: 6 croquetes.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Our croquetes are produced according to the highest standards of the UK Food Standards Agency (FSA).

  • They are made in a kitchen that handles all kinds of allergens; we cannot guarantee they are free from allergens.

  • Croquetes should be consumed within 5 days of delivery. O Croquete is not liable for any issues arising after this period.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third‑party couriers or events beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by O Croquete.

  • No reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is permitted without prior written consent.

  • Unauthorised use may result in copyright infringement claims.
