How it works
At O Croquete, we believe in quality over quantity.Every croquete is made in small batches, using our signature slow‑cooked recipes, to ensure you get the freshest, most flavourful experience possible.
Fresh, Small‑Batch Croquetes Every Week
Here’s how our Limited Batch Weekend Drop works:
1 / We Cook in Small Batches
We produce our croquetes just once a week, in limited quantities.
This means:
-
Every croquete is freshly made, never mass‑produced.
-
We can focus on perfecting flavour and texture.
-
You get the same quality we’d serve to our own family.
2 / Limited Quantities
Because we make everything by hand, quantities are limited.Once a batch is sold out, that’s it until the next week.
This keeps our quality high and ensures nothing sits around waiting to be sold.
3 / Place Your Order by Thursday Night
To secure your box, place your order any time from Monday to Thursday evening.
Orders close at 8pm on Thursday — or earlier if we sell out.
We recommend ordering early in the week to avoid missing out.
4 / Pick‑Up or Delivery on Saturday
All orders are prepared fresh and ready for Saturday pick‑up or local delivery.
You’ll choose your preferred option when you order:
-
Pick‑Up: Collect from our kitchen in Isleworth at your chosen time slot.
-
Local Delivery: We’ll bring your croquetes straight to your door (delivery fees may apply).
5 / Enjoy at Their Best
Our croquetes are best enjoyed fresh on the day you receive them.
If you choose our ready‑to‑heat option, follow the reheating instructions included in your box to get that perfect golden crunch.
PS: we love them with just a bit of mustard and some sea salt flakes!
